Shipping

All of our orders ship from a fulfillment center in North Carolina, however, shipping times may vary. All orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days, but the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order and provide tacking information to ensure every customer is updated on the progress of their shipment. 

 

Returns

At PPA we strive to make sure each pet parent is happy with their purchase but we know that things happen. In the event you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or are experiencing another issue with your order, please feel free to go to the "Contact Us" section of our main menu and shoot us an email. Upon receipt of your email, a member of our team will be in contact within 48 hours. While we are 100% committed to customer service, we ask that you thoroughly read through our Return Policy below.

 

Return Policy

Damaged/Faulty Items- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received and will be covered at our expense.

Sizing Issues- Sizing charts are provided in the product info section of each item on our site. Please measure yourself as our apparel fits true to size. Claims for sizing issues must be submitted within 7 days after the item is received. 

Lost Packages- Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address - Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If an address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. Customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
